Whether you already have an EMR, are going to be implementing an EMR, or you just want to move your practice to become more green / paperless / mobile . . . - scanning a library of paper documents (x-ray films too) requires a strategy. We will work with you to determine / develop a strategic scanning / shredding - recycling / refiling strategy that will be practical and cost effective for you.
We will provide these services and on-going support, if you so desire.
We can provide the PC hardware, software and peripherals for your practice to perform these processes. Maintenance / support is available.
We will train you and/or your staff to perform these processes, either for on-going (after we do the initial scanning. . .) or a "start from scratch" process.
PLEASE, DON'T BEGIN BY SCANNING "ALL" RECORDS
